The restaurant and its atmosphere
The restaurant's dining room is carved out of the Masseria's former oil mill, which later became a stable in the 1800s, where soft Apulian stone and original vaults dialogue with contemporary design furnishings.
A balance between tradition and modernity, which colors the simplicity of the material with touches of elegance and warmth.
Outdoor dining experiences
In warm weather, the restaurant moves outdoors to its most iconic display: lunches and dinners are organized in the greenhouse, in the festively lit courtyard, or among the rows of the vineyard.

Our cuisine is born out of respect for seasonality and raw materials locally sourced.
