Masseria Salamina was established in the 17th century by Giuseppe Salamina, who had it built as an agricultural center and noble residence. At a time marked by raids by the Ottoman Empire and Saracen pirates, the masseria was fortified, thus strategic for the economy and defense of the territory, being designed to protect men, crops and especially olive oil.
For more than 30 years, this place steeped in history has been home to a charming agritourism, where the ancient agricultural vocation is combined with authentic hospitality, deeply rooted in tradition and the rural landscape of Puglia.
