The Masseria, framed by battlements and a small central tower, offers, among spacious and cozy common areas and centuries-old Apulian olive trees, twenty rooms of different types with every comfort, ranging from standard with mezzanine to farmhouse suites and manor’s rooms.

In the northwest wing of the masseria, which once housed the stables, the 6 rooms with mezzanine come equipped with air conditioning and heating, television, refrigerator, and safe deposit box.
All with separate entrances, they can either face the inner courtyard of the Masseria or the opposite side facing the citrus grove; they consist, on the ground floor, of living room with 1 or 2 single beds and bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom on a mezzanine carved out of the large barrel vault with window.

Built in the northeast wing of the farmhouse, where the sheepfold and barn used to be, 8 lodgings of about 50 square meters each are found, equipped with heating and air conditioning, TV, safe deposit box.
Each farmhouse suite has its own private entrance and its own equipped outdoor area and consists of a living room with a single bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Four farmhouse suites on the ground floor, under the striking arches of the arcade, and four on the second floor, with entrance from the terrace, sea view or secular olive grove view.

On the noble floor of the Masseria, which housed the aristocratic residence, there are now 6 rooms of different sizes, furnished with antique furniture and fine finishes, such as decorated floors and marble mosaic bathrooms.
The rooms, some with private sea-view terrace, Jacuzzi or large shower stall, are all equipped with heating and air conditioning, LCD TV, safe, refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer, WI-FI connection.
Also available to guests are the large hall, the study and the main terrace overlooking the sea and garden.
