Passion for agriculture and agritourism since 1986

The main agricultural activity of our farm, which covers over 60 hectares across the areas of Monopoli, Putignano, and Fasano, is olive cultivation. Approximately 25 hectares are located within the Coastal Dunes Regional Park and are dedicated to the production of high-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

The Masseria also produces excellent wines, including Susumaniello and Negroamaro IGT Salento from the vineyards in Guagnano, as well as Primitivo IGT Salento from the vineyards in Fasano.

In addition, we produce marmalades, jams, vegetables, wheat, pasta, flour, almonds, wine grapes, fruit, and a line of natural cosmetics made with extra virgin olive oil.

Environmental sustainability
Love the Earth,
Love yourself.

The reconversion of the premises for hospitality activities has undergone careful renovation, with the aim of improving the usability for guests and the quality of services offered, while respecting and enhancing the existing and the historical and cultural background it represented.

Thus, efforts were made to follow the development of the accommodation business in an environmentally sustainable way.

For example, setting up a biomass heating system, integrated with solar panels and district heating, which has enabled us to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness than other energy sources, using wood chips produced from the pruning of our centuries-old olive trees, one of the most onerous processing steps.

In 2009, thanks to this very choice, we won the Green Oscar, Energies for the Future. Another example is the system that was chosen for the swimming pool, with natural purification, which uses sea salt to produce chlorine, thus avoiding the intensive use of chemical chlorine.

The Masseria is also equipped with a photovoltaic system to achieve energy autonomy and storage batteries. We are promoters of eco-sustainable mobility and the Masseria is equipped with a fast charge station for electric cars.
