Our Nero di Troia Puglia IGP 2021 is made from selected grapes grown in the heart of Puglia, on limestone-clay soils exposed to the winds of the Adriatic Sea, which promote slow and complete ripening of the vine.

🍷 Sensory profile

• Color: deep ruby red with garnet reflections.

• Nose: elegant and complex, with notes of ripe red fruits (black cherry, plum), spicy hints of black pepper and slight nuances of licorice and cocoa.

• Taste: balanced structure, fine and well-integrated tannins, good freshness and long and harmonious aromatic persistence.

🌿 Vinification

Temperature-controlled fermentation with maceration on the skins to preserve aromatic intensity and tannic structure. Maturation in steel and subsequent rest in bottle to enhance finesse and balance.
