The emotions you will experience while gathering the fruits of the earth with your own hands and working them into typical Apulian dishes will bring special meaning to your holiday and you will experience the authentic tastes of this wonderful area. Chiara, a passionate Mediterranean cook, will share the secrets of a long tradition of Apulian cuisine with you and present you with authentic, freshly prepared delicacies using products from our region.

Wheat, one of the basic foods of the Mediterranean diet, will be the main player in this activity. You will be able to practice the typical art of creating fresh noodles and focaccia according to the traditions of our region.

Food symbolizes culture and togethernes, don’t miss out on a tasting of these three dishes. Just wait and see how these dishes bring joy to the table! Taralli and Friselle are never missing in our stock and Panzerotti represent an informal meal, creating an immediate feeling of festivity amongst friends and family!

Bread, one of the oldest foods in history, is rich in symbols and traditions, and one of the most varied products on our tables nowadays. Let us discover its origins and natural purity together!

The Apulian meals are famous for the number and variety of courses. We prepare a typical meal, from the starter to the dessert, paying special attention to fresh pasta and traditional dishes.

With a visit to the historical Masseria and its fields you will meet the taste of daily life in
Apulia. The Price includes: a glass of typical apulian wine (IGT, IGP, DOC, DOCG o DOP).

• Visit the ancient masseria of 1600;
• Fresh Fruit, vitamin’s concentrate;
• Colors and vitamins. The ripening;
• Fruit season;
• Learn to recognize fruit trees;
• A healthy snack, harvest of seasonal fruit (if available) and preparation of jam, centrifuged and tart.

For foreign guests it is possible to undertake all acitivies in English.

• Pasta (Noodles):

Fresh Pasta (Orecchiette/Cavatelli + Tagliatelle) with beets, meat ragout/tomatoes, arugula and cacioricotta (typical cheese), risotto with mushrooms / asparagus and bacon -­ stuffed pasta;

• Salty doughs:

Taralli –Focaccia – Calzone (stuffed pizza) – Panzerotti (stuffed pasties) – Pizza;

• Vegetables:

Grilled Vegetables -­ Lentils /Pea soup-­ Verdure grigliate -­ zuppa di legumi / cicerchie -­ Fava Beans and Chicory -­ Patè -­ Delicatessen -­ Parmigiana (Vegetable lasagna);

• Fish:

Appetizer sea food + stuffed mussels / gratin + potato rice and mussels + octopus Luciana;

• Desserts:

Sweets (dry desserts -­ almond pies) -­ Liquors.
